Have you recently begun working with oil and cold wax medium?

This open studio time for returning CWM artists will be an opportunity for individual and/or group critique of works-in progress and/or nearly finished paintings. I will review and demonstrate specific techniques that could resolve identified issues and move your piece(s) forward.

If requested ahead of time, I will demonstrate mounting a completed painting (done on oil paper or artboard) onto a cradled wood panel and share some pointers that I discovered the hard way. I will discuss the use of float framing and some additional tips to ready your masterpiece for display.
